I found the hotel to have a good size room with a nice bathroom, although it smelled probably from the bathroom the whole time. The room was a stark contrast from the modern communal area and felt gloomy with 2 high-set windows making it hard to see outside.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean, albeit a bit noisy due to passing traffic, but it was a great deal for the price paid. The service was exceptional, with the staff being welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The location was a highlight, being near the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán and within walking distance of Santa Justa station. The dining experience was good, although slightly pricey, and the facilities were adequate.

The hotel had its own aircon unit, making it easy to control the cooling and heating. The rooms were very spacious and excellent throughout. However, my room was located right at the end of the hotel on the second floor, although still spacious.
